Requesting those who placed COD orders not to cancel once it is shipped as I have to bear forward and return courier charges (240). If you wish to cancel, please inform me before it is shipped. Please don’t place order for time pass. Due to experience with some customers, I have to add this here. They don’t even care to respond after rejecting courier after it is out for delivery.

Msg YES to 7032378517 to confirm order for COD orders. It really hurts badly and spoils mood after spending time to pack all and take a print out and pay shipping fees before to facilitate Cash on Delivery option.

Orders will be dispatched next day. Cant dispatch on the same day if I receive order after 8AM. I need time to pack and other works.

Normal delivery time – 3-5 working days + 2 days grace period. Local Hyderabad 2 days

Pickup : The parcel will be picked up in 24-48 hours after scheduling pickup as Courier partners are under major stress due to upcoming Rakhi festival.

A tracking number will be updated only after completing packing and scheduling pickup. Please check after 1 day of placing an order for the tracking link. It won’t be available immediately.
